Shortly after forming they began playing around the local Topeka area.

They performed at a Dance Party TV show in St. Joe, Missouri.  They recorded a DEMO tape at Audio House Studio  in Lawrence, Kansas.  That recording only exists on a couple of acetate records that still exist.

Later, in 1967 the group traveled to Columbia, Missouri and recorded two 45 RPM records with four songs.  The song No More charted in the top 10 at KEWI RADIO station in Topeka.  This record vastly increased the demand for multi-state regional performances.
